Museum of Podgorica houses exhibits of priceless artistic and historic value.

It's located in the building of the former Graphical Institute, built after World War II. It includes archaeological, cultural, historical, ethnographic and historical collection.

Permanent exhibition displays the history of Podgorica from the Middle Paleolithic to the end of the first half of the twentieth century. Among the exhibits stand out items from archaeological sites Boljević of bronze period (1800-1200 BC), and then Gostilj and Momisici from the Hellenistic period (III-II century BC) and the Roman city Doclea (I-IV century).

Also exposed are books from the sixteenth century, printed in Venice in the printing of Bozidar Vukovic, manuscripts and icons from the XVI to the XIX century, as well as clothing and jewelry that testify about the richness of folk art.
