Brown County has a rich heritage that had tough founding fathers that never gave up thoughout our history even when things were gloomy.

Today, Brown County is a hub of economic miracles from 3M and Kohler Industries to the large Brownwood Regional Medical Center and Medical Area with almost every type of physician.

Children's hands-on area and special tours for school children throughout the year. Each month we dedicate one day to Children's Fun Day where they can make crafts and sometimes hear wonderful stories about our history.

We look forward to our 5 year plan to update our Museum and to welcoming many many visitors.
