Home to the largest dinosaurs of Patagonia, the Museum of Paleontology Egidio Feruglio (MEF) is located in Chubut (Argentina), a region internationally known for its fossil deposits. Its permanent exhibit in Trelew features a walk back in time through the natural history of Patagonia.
Another attraction is the Geopark Bryn Gwyn. Located 25 km away from Trelew, it is a paleontological reserve open to visitors all year round. Its trail offers a moderately easy walk up the slopes of the Chubut river valley. Both are managed by the non-profit Egidio Feruglio Foundation.
