City Museum of Natural History Giacomo Doria
The museum, founded in 1867, is known by the scientific community worldwide for its four million specimens from all over the world.
Its scientifically-invaluable collections are mainly made up of animals, but there are also plant, mineral, rock and fossil collections.
The bird collection, the mammal collection, the insect collection and the Paleontology room are also worth mentioning.
