The opening of new exhibitions from Litija's history

Heritage Connects Us

Within the framework of the Heritage Connects Us operation the basement facilities of the Town Museum Litija have been completely renovated and new exhibitions placed within; Visitors will be able to see a faithfully reconstructed prison cell from the turn of the 20th century, inspect the history of the three oldest music societies in Litija, see a carefully chosen selection of most beautiful postcards depicting Litija, a beautiful concert piano from the 19th century once owned by the famous music composer from Litija Peter Jereb, an exhibition of most prominent individuals from Litija, and more!

The official opening will take place on 15th June 2019, at 19:00. There is no entrance fee. The language of the event is Slovenian.
