This is a bone from a prehistoric domesticated cattle. It was found at Westward Ho! in Devon, a Mesolithic site, but this must be from a later phase of the site as Mesolithic hunters did not farm and did not have domesticated cattle. - Iron Age (800 BC-43 AD),Roman (43-410) -
