A Dissected Map of the Various Paths of Life, a Lesson for Youth, a dissected wooden puzzle in its original wooden box. The puzzle features a black, white and red map showing the immoral and moral choices to be made whilst travelling along the path of life.
Dissected puzzles were the forerunners of the modern jigsaw puzzle. John Spilsbury of London is credited with making the first dissected puzzle in 1763. This puzzle was made in 1794 and, like most early puzzles, was designed to be educational.
