Bedale Hunt Button.
The Bedale fox hunt is centred on Bedale and North Allerton in North Yorkshire.
The country originally formed part of the Earl of Darlington's Raby territory, which he hunted until 1832. In the early 1800s 'The Raby Hunt Club' Bedale was formed and Darlington gave his son in law Mark Milbrook Raby's southern country thus creating the Bedale.
The hunt staff wear a jacket with black velvet collar and hunt buttons may be worn only by invitation. The formal evening dress includes red jacket with velvet collar and white facings.
