Description: Meiping vase. Stoneware painted in underglaze-blue with a crackle glaze. The vase has a short, flared neck with rounded mouth lip. Its rounded, sloping shoulders taper in and flare gently out to the foot. The base is deep, recessed, and uneven. The shoulders are decorated with a band of seven ruyi lappets. Below is a wide central panel of scrolling lotus. The foot is decorated with a band of cloud scrolls.
