Description: Limestone mace head, squat in form. There is a hole drilled through the centre to allow attachment to a wooden rod. The object is photographed upside down. Mace heads are symbolic of the power of the king. The ruler of is often shown on temple reliefs smiting Egyptian enemies with such a weapon.
