A bionic machine to watch over the territory

In the Territory room the tone has focused on several aspects of the Penafiel region. Its geography, local government, history, tourims and heritage are presented as an interactive game in which visitors can take a virtual tour through the municipality and the town. There is an "olhómetro", an "overlooking" device that fills the whole room. It was specially designed for the municipal museum, and makes it more exctiting for people of all ages; you can see aerial views of the Earth through it. Another feature is a series of interactive screens that depict a virtual journey on the horizon of the remote geodesic boundaries, contrasting with the presentation of ancient markers of administrative, economic and ecclesiastical boundaries.
