The Khojaly Genocide is a crime against humanity. Unfortunately, even after 30 years, the perpetrators have not been brought to justice.

The Khojaly genocide has gone down in history as one of the most terrible mass terrorist acts committed by Armenian extremists and chauvinists against Azerbaijanis. The name of Khojaly has forever joined the mournful list, which includes other similar geographical names - Khatyn, Srebrenica, Auschwitz, Buchenwald, Rwanda, Myanmar...For more than two hundred years, the Azerbaijani people have been repeatedly and purposefully subjected to the policy of genocide, aggression and ethnic cleansing. Armenians who live by the idea and dream of a "great Armenia", in order to achieve their goals, with the help of foreign patrons, carried out a policy of ethnic cleansing , genocide and  terror against Azerbaijanis in 1905, 1915, 1918, 1948-1953 and 1988, 1992.
During the unprecedented Khojaly genocide, 613 Azerbaijanis were killed with the highest degree of cruelty,
Unfortunately, even after 30 years, the perpetrators have not been brought to justice.

Former Armenian Presidents Robert Kocharian and Serzh Sargsyan, the former Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan and other war criminals, murderers of civilians, old people, women and children, should suffer criminal responsibility for war crimes.

It is necessary to prevent the impunity of the perpetrators of the act of genocide in Khojaly, as this may lead to the repetition of such a catastrophe in the future. The expression of solidarity of the countries of the world with Azerbaijan on such issues will help prevent the recurrence of such tragedies not only in Azerbaijan, but throughout the world.
