Tales of the Eight-Pointed Star

It is with great enthusiasm that The Royal Canadian Regiment Museum introduces to teachers of all grades an Ontario-Curriculum based education program, Tales of the Eight-Pointed Star. This program is designed to offer a learning environment outside the classroom while providing interactive, inquiry-based activities that will meet or exceed the expectations outlined in the Ontario Ministry of Education guidelines (click here for curriculum links). The Tales of the Eight-Pointed Star can be easily adjusted to the specific needs of every visiting class and teachers are always welcome to discuss their individual requests when booking a tour.

Our programs are designed to accommodate 25 to 30 students; the ideal tour of the museum takes anywhere between 90 to 120 minutes. All programs are offered year-round, with adjustments in case of inclement weather. Please book at least three weeks in advance.

We look forward to hosting your group at Wolseley Barracks.
