Wood linen and gesso panel (cartonnage body covering). The four scenes in descending order depict the winged scarab; the sky-goddess Nut with outstretched wings; the revival of the deceased by Anubis through the rites of mummification, in the presence of Nephthys and Isis in adoration; and the four sons of Horus. This is very similar to the cartonnage pieces in the British Museum from Armant discussed in Journal of Egyptian Archaeology 1931.
