Fragmentary bone carved plaque showing a naked woman with a head dress (Aphrodite Anadyomene?) in high relief; the lower part of the plaque as well as part of the sides is missing;but it looks as if she is holding a billowing mantle over her head; the carving is of good quality, and at the back of the bone toolmarks are visible. From Nazlet el-Shurafa, Byzantine Egypt (Coptic).
