Figure of Minerva

Minerva is seen raised on a rocky mound edged in scrollwork. At her feet is an owl perched on two books. She stands with her left hand resting on a shield upon which is the head, modelled in shallow relief, of Medusa. Her right hand is held above her head and probably originally head a spear. Size: Height: 31.7 cm.
