Fyns Militærhistoriske Museum
The museum is dedicated to hte danish war and army history. Especially the soldiers and freedomfighters of the region Funen is at the center of the museum, since it started out as a collection under one of the military bases in Funen (Odense).
Come to the Military Museum of Funen, Denmark, and see an exhibit about the danish army history and the wars the armed forces have participated in over time, see the dansish freedom fighters during World War Two - how they were organized and what they experienced, or stop by the exhibit about danish soldiers in other countries and discover museum pieces brought home by danish soldiers from all over the world.
There is a special place in the museum for children, where they can try on uniforms and camouflage paint, or draw their favorite museum item. Outside we have a ww2 tankdestroyer where you can take pictures - and please share them on Instagram #milmus.
