California State Capitol Museum

In the heart of Sacramento on 10th Street between L and N Streets, California’s State Capitol embodies the best of California’s past and present. Forty acres of lawns, flower gardens and memorials to California history surround the building.

The program maintains the Capitol's collected works including: the Permanent Collection, the Loan Collection, the Biennial Senate Contemporary Art Collection, and an extensive antiques and statuary collection located throughout the Historic West Wing and East Annex of the Capitol.
