Anchorage Museum at Rasmuson Center

Alaska's largest museum, the Anchorage Museum inspires a combined appreciation of art, history and science that creates a deep understanding of Alaska's rich history and culture. Located in downtown Anchorage, the Anchorage museum is several family friendly museums in one with the Smithsonian Arctic Studies Center, the Imaginarium Discovery Center (hands-on science), the Alaska History Gallery and the museum's many art galleries, including an excellent collection of contemporary Alaska Native art.
