Still Life with Blackbirds

An exhibition by Richard Kenton Webb Local artist Richard Kenton Webb of Siddington, Cirencester has joined forces with writer Joanne Reardon Lloyd to create an exhibition of linocuts and stories at the Corinium Museum. Visitors are invited to piece together a detective story by matching image and text. Richard has just returned from Tasmania where he was exploring the colour yellow as Artist in Resident at LARQ. Two of his works from this time will also be on show. Richard and Joanne will be in the gallery from 2-3pm on Saturday 20 September, followed by a talk in the museums lecture theatre from 3-4pm. Richard will also give a gallery talk and demonstrate the art of linocutting in the gallery on Thursday 16 October, 7-8pm.
