Figure representing the element Water

The figure is in form of a goddess wearing classical robes. In her right hand she holds a fish, and over her left arm she supports a piece of drapery, which is carried across her back to rest on a rocky mound against which she stands. The rocky mound gushes a stream of water over an upturned urn and behind it, may flowers and leaves. At the foot of the goddess is a basket of fish resembling rainbow trout. The whole is raised on a rococo scrollwork plinth. Size: Height: 22.5 cm
