Bonbonnière, Chelsea, c.1760 It has an onyx base, fixed with a hinged gold-coloured metal mount. The interior is decorated with scattered Nasturtium flowers and a green leaf border. The scroll is inscribed with 'PROFITONS PAR EXEMPLE'. Unmarked Provenance: Lady Ludlow Collection (gift of the National Art Collections Fund) Size: Height: 4.35 cm.
