Eighteen, flinked beam star of silver. Strong vaulted gold medallion with a gold bar in the middle. A black enamelled, crowned golden eagle attached to the chest with a blue enamelled Andreaskors. Blue enamelled cantring with gold, Cyrillic letters: “ZA. VERU. I. VERNOST,” on the lower half a laurel wreath of gold and red and green enamel. Around the medallion a gold leaf wreath. The outside smooth, four nuts for fixing the medallion, safety pin.
