This cuddly toy bear is called Wish Bear and was part of the Care Bears range of toys.
Each Care Bears character had their own personality revealed by the symbol on their tummy. Wish Bear's symbol is a yellow shooting star and, as the name suggests, could help "make your wishes and dreams come true".
Wish Bear was one of the original ten Care Bears characters launched in America in 1981.
