This toy was made in 1985 under license from Kenner, USA by Leicestershire toy manufacturers, Palitoy Ltd. Palitoy started out as the toy division of Cascelloid Ltd., Leicester and was part of the General Mills Group, USA from 1968 until if finally ceased production in 1986.
