; Date(s): about -3000 - about -2500; Classification(s): vessel, jar, drilled; Acquisition: given by Egyptian Research Account, 1898 [E.12.1898] Description: Stone hanging jar; some fragments are missing and there is a large crack running diagonally through the piece. The inside of the vessel was drilled out. There are two small handles on the sides. The stone appears to be serpentine.
