Description: Seated Buddha. Dark grey schist with paler markings, carved on the front and sides in high relief. The Buddha is seated on a low rectangular stool with two legs at the front with a drape between them. Behind his head there is a halo. His wavy hair is dressed in a bun on top of his head, and he has large ears, and a placid benign expression. His hands are folded in front of him. He wears a robe which forms curved folds following the shape of his limbs. The back is roughly hewn with horizontal strokes.
