This soft toy bear is called Grumpy Bear and was one of the original ten characters from the Care Bears craze of the 1980s.
Each Care Bear had a symbol on its tummy which represented their personality. The character of Grumpy Bear's symbol is a raincloud with red hearts and showed children it was still okay to be sad sometimes.
