Cup in the form of a swan

Made in a factory in the Boulevard Poissoniere, Paris. The swan was a popular decorative motif in the wake of the taste of the Empress Jos?phine. The use of this item is disputed, but examples are known with a saucer, suggesting it was part of a purely decorative cup and saucer. Size: Width: 7.2 cm.
