Win a pair of tickets to an event at BAFTA HQ in London this weekend

BAFTA is opening its doors to the public this weekend for BAFTA 2015: A Year in Pictures, the latest photographic exhibition from the BAFTA archive and a rare opportunity for the general public to visit the iconic headquarters, be a BAFTA member for the day and hear from leading photographers and industry insiders.

Some of the stars photographed include Benedict Cumberbatch, Eddie Redmayne, Emma Watson, Julianne Moore, Ethan Hawke, Tom Cruise and Cuba Gooding Jr. Previously unpublished work will also be revealed.

Three talks are taking place, and Culture24 has a pair of tickets to give away to each. Ian Derry on Television Portraits Saturday, 11.30am

Chris Floyd on Women in Film, Sunday, 10.30am
Hear from photographer Chris Floyd as he discusses women in film with Olivia Marks, freelance journalist writing for the Guardian and Vice and other industry insiders.
 
Paparazzi: BAFTA Celebrity and the Great Shot, Sunday, 11.45am
Join a discussion on what the term ‘paparazzi’ really means, exploring the history and context of the term and what it means for the celebrity shot. The panel features the photographer Alison Jackson, Glen Marks from Rex Features, Janette Dalley, the Photography Director at BAFTA and Steve Macleod, a lecturer, writer and the Creative Director at Metro Imaging.
 
The exhibition opens from 10am to 1pm on Saturday and Sunday at 30-minute intervals. Tickets for the talks can be booked in advance from BAFTA. Guided tours will be available on both days.
