National Taiwan Museum

National Taiwan Museum (NTM), established in 1908, is the oldest natural history museum in Taiwan. It mission has been to research, investigate, exhibit, and educate, in relation to artifacts and specimens in the fields of anthropology, geology, zoology, botany, and museum studies as they related to Taiwan. Through themed exhibitions, educational activities, publications, and various cooperation plans, the museum has achieved its educational goal in the society to welcome and serve the public.

In recent years, we have been implementing a plan to create the Taiwan Museum System. Including Land Bank Exhibition Hall, Nanmen Park, Taiwan Railway Administration Headquarters Area. Sites evoking the natural history, industry history, and modern mien of Taiwan.
