Tai Dam: Handmade Bedding Materials

Tai Dam: Handmade Bedding Materials showcases the textiles prepared by women prior to marriage.

They include mattresses, pillows, blankets, curtains, and mosquito nets. Composed of cloth made with various weaving techniques and dyes, and decorated with appliqué and embroidery, these textiles demonstrate the diligence and creativity employed in producing rural household objects.
