Dževad Hozo

In the gifted generation of Bosnian-Herzegovinian artists who shaped and established Bosnian-Herzegovinian graphic art in half a century of its flourishing, growth and improvement were: Dževad Hozo, Halil Tikveša, Mersad Berber, Virgilije Nevjestić, Emir Dragulj, Borislav Aleksić, Memnuna Vila-Bogdanić, Radovan Kragulj, Safet Zec, Ivica Šiško, Salim Obralić, Tomislav Dugonjić, Enes Mundžić and many others.  They confirmed that Bosnian-Herzegovinian graphic art does not fall behind, on the contrary, stands besides the best on the European art scene. They are the carriers of the rich Bosnian-Herzegovinian graphic art platform, from which many generations of today’s recognised graphic artists and professors have grown.

Therefore, it is not surprising that for the accompanying programme of the 1^th International Triennial of Graphic Arts Livno is chosen the exhibition of one of the eminent Bosnian-Herzegovinian graphic masters.
