Dževad Hozo

In the gifted generation of Bosnian-Herzegovinian artists who shaped and established Bosnian-Herzegovinian graphic art in half a century of its flourishing, growth and improvement were: Dževad Hozo, Halil Tikveša, Mersad Berber, Virgilije Nevjestić, Emir Dragulj, Borislav Aleksić, Memnuna Vila-Bogdanić, Radovan Kragulj, Safet Zec, Ivica Šiško, Salim Obralić, Tomislav Dugonjić, Enes Mundžić and many others.  They confirmed that Bosnian-Herzegovinian graphic art does not fall behind, on the contrary, stands besides the best on the European art scene. They are the carriers of the rich Bosnian-Herzegovinian graphic art platform, from which many generations of today’s recognised graphic artists and professors have grown.

Therefore, it is not surprising that for the accompanying programme of the 1th International Triennial of Graphic Arts Livno is chosen the exhibition of one of the eminent Bosnian-Herzegovinian graphic masters.
