Who politicized the UNESCO Memory of the World?

We will have discussions about the role of UNESCO Memory of the World, to safe guard the documents, espceially the records of human rights violasions.
As the nominator of the documents of Japan's military sexual slavery, entitled "voices of 'comfort women'", WAM is also one of the nominator with other 7 victimized countries. Now, the perptrator state, Japan, pressured the UNESCO not to accept this nomination by suspending the contributions. Who is politicizing the documents? Who has been erased women's voices and history? As a museum to archives these documents, we will safegurad the "space for discussion" in Japan.
