In this special exhibition curated by Museum and Galleries Studies students from the University of St Andrews, we explore the topic of fish, its role in the Scottish diet, and examine the ways in which our consumption of fish, and thereby the fishing industry itself, may evolve in future.
Through the use of AV technology, rarely seen objects and up-to-date research, this exhibition brings the topic of fish and the Scottish waters to life for visitors of all ages.
