Adult Workshop with Adele Dark Thursday 15 March, 10.30-12.30pm The poem by Beowulf was written by an Anglo Saxon, thousands of years ago. How would it be written today in the year 2017? Soak up the life and times of the Anglo Saxons surrounded by objects displayed in the Anglo-Saxon gallery, then dip into this poem and create a poem of your own set in our times. Adele Dark, Artist and Calligrapher, is a fully qualified teacher who has worked with museums, art centres and schools both in Jersey and the UK.
