Lady Lucy: Portraits for Services, Gifts and Favours

As part of the Inspiring London display, 'Lady Lucy: Portraits for Services, Gifts and Favours', Lady Lucy will be running a portrait studio on select days throughout May and June. The artist is inviting museum visitors to have their own portrait painted. Those wishing to have a watercolour portrait made of themselves simply need to offer a service, gift or favour that will be passed along to another visitor. The display will echo the millions of small exchanges that form the everyday life of the city. The exhibition is free, but portrait sittings should be booked in advance.
