February Half Term: Superhero Sicence

Ever wished you could have superpowers like your favourite comic book heroes (and villains!)? With these Club Viva drop-in days at Peterborough Museum this February half term, your dreams could come true as you enter a world of Superhero Science and find out just what it takes to accomplish these amazing feats. With lots of hands-on experiments and activities you can test your super-strength just like Wonder Woman, find out how superheroes fly and discover a different superpower in every room. Did you know that x-ray vision like Superman’s is real? Take a look at how doctors use it to look inside you in the Museum’s real Victorian Operating Theatre. And don’t forget to wrap up warm, as we’ll even be demonstrating live the secret powers of ice and how to freeze objects instantly, just like Captain Cold or Mr Freeze. There's no need to book for this event, just drop in.
