Lena Ensley of Columbus, Georgia

Lena Ensley would have been about 17 years old when the U.S. entered WWI. She, along with her parents and brothers, worked at the Columbus Manufacturing Company, one of Columbus, GA’s many cotton mills, and lived nearby.
