Small, fan with wedge shaped, cane guards, having 11, fine, narrow cane sticks joined with a small metal, stud-ended rod. The leaf is of paper, bound at the upper edge, with tape, and printed with a portraight of a political leader, ' CHAN WING KEE ' of Canton, the portrait flanked by two flags, and 2 sections of writing in Chinese. The printing is in black ink, the portrait, floral wreath and flags in yellow, blue, pink, red & lilac. The fan is an advertisement, and probably was distributed for ' CHAN WING KEE ' s ' campaign.
