Excerpt from annex from Magnus Green after a postgraduate visit 2009-10-28:
... "The second light plate... (inv.nr 31.103) examined was oval with smooth concave mirror and a wide frame with vegetative ornaments in the form of stylized leaves and flowers. The above mirror features a round dowel flanked by two paired dragon-like heads. Nertill where the light arm starts a sun-like mask aron, probably a heavily stylised lion’s head a face.
The light song is a Swedish work from the end of the 16th century or possibly the beginning of the 17th century. Similar light songs are found in several Swedish churches, and clear parallels exist with the light songs... [inv.nr 52.414-52.415]. However, [inv.nr 31.103] is very simply driven and lacks the string like the light songs [inv.nr 52.414-52.415]... "
