Blue enamelled gold cross, coated with a narrow, Latin cross of gold. Elved, gold-lined medallion covered with white enamel, therein E of gold and black enamel. Instead of E, the medallion has a gold text: “24// II/1919.” On the upper cross arm an edged jumper, three obscure stamps. In the jumper attached a flat ribbon ring, on one side an indistinct stamp.
