Eighth auditory star of gold, each cape consisting of five leaf beams with engraved decor, between the beams solid flower ornaments in the form of a larger, brilliant-ground stone in a closet, and three blades studded with 13 stones, a hotline. Weak vaulted medallion, covered with green, transparent enamel, therein in gold the toughra of the Sultan.
About the medallion a ring of gold, littered with 14 large, brilliant-cut stones (glass, a stone the pitch). Next, a square plate with swung, sides arched tips covered with green, transparent enamel, therein, scripts in gold (the sayings - fosterland love, idosity, bravery, fidelity). In the middle of the sides of the plate green-enamelled, faceted crescent cades.
On the outside safety pin as well as two hooks.
